Account Requirements and Troubleshooting

If a code fails to process or prompts an error in the redemption menu, check the following confirmed requirements:

  • Level 3 Milestone: The code redemption interface enforces a progression gate. Players must reach account Level 3 before codes can be successfully redeemed. Completing early matches on standard maps like Farm grants the necessary experience to hit Level 3.
  • Community Group Membership: Some promotional codes require players to be registered members of the developer's official group. If an entry fails to claim, verify that you have joined the Periastron Champions Roblox Community.
  • Prior Redemption and Expiration: Codes issued for milestones, player count goals, or version updates can only be redeemed once per account and become inactive after developer cutoff periods.
